About Gary
My real estate career started in 1980 when I formed a real estate investment trust with four friends from high school. We bought a home and converted it into a duplex doing all the work ourselves. The next year I became publisher of the Intermountain Real Estate Review, a newspaper dedicated to reporting real estate trends, acquisitions, and finance conditions. In my first two years as a Realtor I negotiated over 200 transactions. Constantly changing markets require an experienced real estate agent. My constant focus and knowledge of contracts and negotiations can help you sell your home for more money or get into the home you love for less.
